An Opportunity for Creative Reflection, Art, and Connection
Firm Foundations Family Services is hosting a special art workshop at SimplyBe! Sign up for a relaxed and welcoming environment of conversation about self and the world around us… 50% of all proceeds will be donated to SimplyBe!
The Seasons of Life Art Workshop is a small-group experience led by Chia-Hua, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist. Through guided art-making and conversation, participants are invited to slow down, express themselves creatively, and process life in a supportive community setting.
This workshop is not a clinical therapy session, but rather a welcoming environment designed to help people explore their thoughts and emotions through creative expression. No prior art experience is needed—just come as you are.
Who It’s For
This workshop is open to ages 14 and up and is perfect for anyone interested in creativity, reflection, and meaningful connection with others. No artistic experience is required.
