Leesburg, VA — Tree of Life Ministries’ coffee shop, SimplyBe Coffee, located in historic downtown Leesburg, has announced its featured drink for the month of June: the “Purple Velvet Smoothie,” inspired by the Virginia Valley Vipers.

This vibrant, refreshing smoothie includes oat milk, frozen blueberries, banana, and a touch of nutmeg—a colorful tribute to the Vipers just in time for summer.

SimplyBe Coffee, known for its motto “Coffee with a Cause,” is committed to providing meaningful work opportunities to individuals with special needs. In 2024 alone, the shop supported 17 employees, 5 volunteers, and 10 high school work transition students through the CAST program, while also hosting 22 community events aimed at raising awareness and supporting local families.

In addition to its flagship location on Church Street in downtown Leesburg, SimplyBe will be opening a second shop inside Giant in Purcellville this July, expanding its mission and impact across Loudoun County.

Stop by this June to try the Purple Velvet Smoothie and support a great cause—one sip at a time.
